Due to COVID19 outbreak we are not accepting any returns. Only faulty items sent from HJBRL are eligible for a replacement.
HJBRL takes about 48 business hours to ship a product after receiving an order.
Delivery time ranges between 4-7 business days.
*Please note, deliveries might be delayed due to factors outside of our control such weather conditions.
Unclaimed packages will be returned to the sender, and you will have to raise a request. If the package is marked delivered but you haven’t received it, or returns unclaimed, or shows an incorrect address, you will be required to pay the shipping fee for a replacement.
