Please note, since you will be responsible for all return shipping charges, we strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
Once we have received and inspected the item, we will notify you via email that your package has been received, and whether the replacement request has been granted.
The final decision to grant a replacement is solely the discretion of hjbrl.com. In case the request is not granted, you may choose to take back the original item (at your personal, non-refundable shipping cost) or leave it with us, in which case it will be donated to charity.
